Your lessons are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making lesson adjustments necessary.
24 hours
If you need to cancel, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice. We aim to be flexible and will always try to assist you in any way we can.

Under 12 hours’ notice
Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a lesson charge.
10+ minutes late
We may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Genuine emergencies
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, you will not be charged.
